wow! who knew there were so many mccools in the world...i've never met another besides my family in person...my father is gary mccool born around muskogee oklahoma in 1950...his father was hugh mccool...other than that, i don't know much history of my family...i would be interested to learn if i'm related to any of you!

To Ed McCool, Phillidelphia Penn., my wife, born Rebecca Jean McCool in Neosho, MO. Dec. 14, 1968 is one quarter Cherokee Indian. We're not sure of the whole story on how this came to be. There are native American facial features that are obvious in some, but not all family members. We'll try to do a little more research. Cool website.

Hey Cousin! My line of McCool's don't seem to be on you list. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers in Indiana. My Father is Luther Austin McCool from Marion, IN. My Grandad is Dick McCool (originally from Missouri) but spent his last 40 years in the Houston, TX area. All of his kids are still in Texas (6 boys and 5 girls).
